1. Fill out the form
Attach the completed return form and proof of purchase to the products you wish to return.
Pack the returned product in a box, wrap it in paper or tape it. Don’t use foil – let’s protect our environment 🙂
2. Send package
Send the package with the returned goods to:

3. Wait for return
The cash refund will be made to the provided account number immediately, no later than within 14 days of accepting the return.
Remember that we do not accept parcels sent to us by cash on delivery or parcel lockers,
and the direct cost of returning the returned product is borne by the buyer.
INFORMATION ON THE USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current legal regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the item.
In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform about your decision by an unequivocal statement (letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
In order to meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, immediately and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction.
Remember that we do not accept shipments sent to us by cash on delivery or parcel lockers, and the direct cost of sending back the returned products is borne by the buyer.
We may withhold the reimbursement until receipt of the item or until you provide us with proof of its return, whichever occurs first.
You are responsible for the decrease in the value of the item resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
