Polar – Air

The microfleece is a new generation fabric specially designed for the production of clothes that have exceptional thermal and biophysical properties.

 The fabric fibers are based on the fur of polar bears. A very distinct weave of thousands of hollow fibers makes the microfleece a very good insulator that ensures the sense of coolness and dryness inside. It is very light, soft, non-crushable and quick-drying.

This result was achieved thanks to the 3-layered structure of the fabric and the use of professional and modern technology of manufacturing fibers. The insert is a perfect solution for reusable diapers.

The microfleece

The microfleece fabric consists of:

• the inner layer that absorbs moisture from the skin;
• the insulating and strengthening middle layer;
• the warming and breathable outer layer that is resistant to pilling.

The fiber does not absorb water, so the microfleece dries very quickly and can be used even when wet. The microfleece has been widely used in clothing industry, particularly in the manufacture of inserts for children.

The Polar Air insert

The Polar Air insert is composed of three layers. The first layer is MAI-S ONE fabric (MOMMY MOUSE ACTIV INSERT – SYSTEM ONE), a soft and absorbent Hydro Frotte enclosed in thermo-regulating fabric strengthening the insert and making it absorbent. The second layer is an absorbent, soft and very gently microfleece certified by Bluesign CERTIFICATE.

The microfleece fabric has exceptional parameters of absorption and thermoregulation thereby giving a child a sense of dryness. It is a perfect solution for children who cannot tolerate moisture and wet diapers. All you need to do is to add an additional insert to the diaper, for instance a microfleece layer (Dry Diaper Insert Mikropolar or the MICROFLEECE INSERT) in order to satisfy the child’s needs.

Various inserts will allow you to create different sets that will be adjusted to the child’s needs. The combination of inserts and sets is limited only by parents’ imagination.

With several years of experience in reusable diapers we have been able to design a material that has exceptional parameters of absorption and thermoregulation. The material ideally fits perfectly between the legs and allows for proper motor development of children.
